The Houghton Lake Church of Christ is located in beautiful northern Michigan near the shores of Michigan's largest inland lake, Houghton Lake. Located in the center of the state, Houghton Lake is accessible by two major freeways, US-127 and I-75.

If you are traveling I-75 north or south, take exit 227 and go west on M-55 through Prudenville. Turn left on Knapp Road, and the church will be on the left side, at the intersection of Knapp and Loxley. The church is approximately 15 miles from the freeway exit.

If you are traveling US-127 north or south, take exit 212 (M-55 east) toward Houghton Lake and turn right on S. Loxley Road. The church is on the corner of Knapp and Loxley, approximately 2 miles from US-127.

If you are coming from the Upper Penninsula of Michigan before US-127 and I-75 split, US-127 South is your best bet. the church is on the southwest side of the lake, closer to US-127 than I-75.
